Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use proposedvoted.living. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Only

Proposedvoted Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Proposedvoted Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information in General Terms

What you read on this site is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, climate and local rules change from one property to another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, the materials, the site conditions and the design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits and Local Rules

Anything we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete work can involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Proposedvoted Concrete Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Proposedvoted Concrete when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
